Description

Short title: Teverey v Willoughby.

Plaintiff(s): Gervas Teverey, Mark Teverey, Luke Fawknor.

Defendant(s): Sir Percival Willoughby, kt, John Broadbent.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Stapleford. Touching common fine paid at Nottingham Castle by the town of Stapleford to the honor of Peverell Fee. [Sir Francis Willoughby, lord of the manor, and lands held of the priory of Newstead are mentioned].
