Description

Short title: Tomson v Knightley.

Plaintiff(s): James Tomson, clerk.

Defendant(s): Sir Seymour Knightley, kt, Mary Acton wife of Valentine Acton.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of West Haddon. Touching right of presentation to same. [A former suit between Ralph Turner, vicar of church of West Haddon, plaintiff, and Edward Andrewes, then patron of the vicarage and rector of the church, and Samuel Denton, vicar of the church, are mentioned].
