Description

Short title: Scudamore v Stockdale.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Scudamore.

Defendant(s): Dorothy Stockdale, widow of William Stockdale, of Greenhammerton, and Toby Stockdale, son of Wm.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of William Stockdale. Whether he appointed in same that his lands in Rillington, held by Thomas Bell and John his son, should be held for the payment of his debts? Value of land and of the goods, of William Stockdale.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1616.
