Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Griffith, kt.

Defendant(s): Godfrey Burwey, Dorothy Burwey, widow, the elder, Dorothy Burwey, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Messuage called Burwey House or Barneclose, in Alderwas and Orgrave, being parcel of Alderwas Manor. Customs of manor. [The possessions of Nicholas Burwey, of his elder sons Thomas and Walter, and of Robert Masters, DD, chancellor at Lichfield, are mentioned].
