Description

Short title: Sandys v John.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Samuel Sandys, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir John Parkington, kt.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Holt on one side of the River Severn, the inheritance of Sir Thomas Bromley, knight, the manor of Ombersley on the other side (plaintiff's lands), and Westwood, Hampton Lovett, and Wychbould (defendant's lands), lying on the east of Ombersley, and the market towns of Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, and Kidderminster (Worcestershire). Right of way.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1616.
