Description

Short title: Rous v Fry.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Rous.

Defendant(s): Thomas Fry, Alice Fry, John Woods, Michael Turner.

Subject of depositions: Messuage or tenement in Sandhurst, late in the tenure of John Woods and Thomas Woods (defendant's father). Whether three closes of land in Sandhurst, called "Fursey Hill ", "Stretmore" and "Adam's More" were held by John with the messuage? Metes and bounds of lands. Survey. Whether Chidiock Tichborne leased same to John Woods?.

County/place: Berkshire.
