Description

Short title: Palmer v Oxenden.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Palmer, kt, of Wingham.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry Oxenden, kt, Sir James Oxenden, kt, Robert Knowler.

Subject of depositions: Defendants' omission to cleanse the watercourse or river running by the side of his lands, by which neglect Wingham Mill, in the manor of Wingham, isinjured. [Richard Warham, farmer of such mills to Queen Elizabeth, and Nicholas Mills, farmer of same, are mentioned].

County/place: Kent.
