Touching seizure by defendant (then serjeant to the bailiff of the borough) of a heifer (plaintiff's property) for chief rent due to Lord Burgavenny for lands in plaintiff's occupation, such lands being the inheritance of Thomas Prothergh.
County/place: Herefordshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1616.
