Description

Short title: Wiche v Pavy.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Wiche, William Dixon.

Defendant(s): Seth Pavy, Henry Smith, Robert Allan, Robert Cattle, Thomas Waters.

Subject of depositions: Towns of Croyland and Deeping, the marsh or fen called "Goggisland" and the fens of Spalding, Pinchbeck, Langtoft, and Baston. Common of pasture on same. Perambulation of Croyland. Metes and bounds of Goggisland Fen. Survey.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 27 November 1615.
