Description

Short title: Fortescue v Dromant.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Fortescue, kt.

Defendant(s): Roger Dromant.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Great Torrington; whether granted by the Crown, 2 and 3 Philip and Mary, to James Basset at a fee-farm rent of £29 16s? Customs of manor touching grinding corn at Forren Mills. What right the owners of Frithelstock Mills, parcel of the late dissolved priory of Frithelstock, have to load corn in Great Torrington? Alleged injury to plaintiff's mills. Survey.
