Description

Short title: Maire v Musgrave.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Maire.

Defendant(s): John Musgrave, Ann Musgrave, widow.

Subject of depositions: Grange or tenement called "Painsheeles "; touching a lease of same. [The possessions of Thomas Maire (plaintiff's brother), Robert Musgrave, brother of defendant John (both deceased), Michael Johnson, William Tong, and Mr Rotherfurth, are mentioned].
