Defendant(s): Miles Bishop of Gloucester, and the Dean and Chapter, Thomas Dennys, John Jones, William Evans, George Worrall and Mary his wife, Nicholas Roberts, Robert Dobbs, Johan Wyman, widow, Edward Morris, William Evans, Lewis Roberts, Richard Swinett, William Osborn, Michael Hoggins, John Richard Shott, John Bicke, Margaret Edwardes, John Edwardes, Thomas Alee, John Sheyle alias Sheyne, John Veale, the younger, John Robins, William Drinkwater, John Jones, William Heyward, Giles Cox, Richard Smyth.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to one messuage, one grist mill called Holder's Mill, pastures called Dauncer's Hill, land in Shippingland, land abutting upon Notgrove, a toft and garden in Newland, lands in Wotton, Ramstorne, Tredworth, Pedmersfield, and Insworth, all in the parish of St Mary de Load, in the city of Gloucester, and lands in Sendbridge, Upton St Leonards, and Sandhurst in such county.
