Subject of depositions: Agreement and composition of a former controversy between Thomas Corderoy and John Wympewe, made by Sir John Horner, by which Wympewe was to pay to John Corderoy £110 11s 8d and John to take corn from Cowderoy's lands, and bonds given on each side for fulfilment of the agreement. William Pike being bound for Wympewe, for which purpose he was put in possession of his lands. Touching redemption of such bonds. [John Cottington (plaintiff's father) is mentioned].
