Short title: Blakesley v Sharp.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Blakesley.

Defendant(s): Richard Sharp (warden), Edward Willoughby, John Scott, and others of the Society of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield.

Subject of depositions: Manor, park, mills, of Sutton Coldfield, granted by Henry VIII to the warden and society at a fee-farm rent of £58. Touching also the Grammar School in Sutton Coldfield, founded by D Harman, sometime Bishop of Exeter. Alleged infraction of conditions of Letters Patent by defendants. Value of manor. What commons enclosed, etc. Survey. [The names of Raphael Massey and Raphael Sedgwick, deceased, late members of the society, are mentioned].
