Description

Short title: Maire v Musgrave.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Maire.

Defendant(s): John Musgrave, Ann Musgrave, widow.

Subject of depositions: Grange or hamlet called "Pamsheeles "; touching conveyance of same from plaintiff and his late brother Thomas to Robert Musgrave (defendant's husband), for the sum of £100 and a lease of the grangesaid to have been given as security for payment of the sum. [The name of Michael Johnson, of Tribley, is mentioned].
