Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Maunsell, kt.
Defendant(s): John Phillipps.
Subject of depositions: Castle and demesnes of Tallagharne alias Lagharne, and the park of Kifficke. Touching an extent upon certain leases of same, and the seizure of the goods, of Rice Rud'dz and defendant, and execution by sheriff of writ of vendicioni exponas, and his sale of the leases to Rice Phillips. Alleged non-delivery into Court by the sheriff of £600 the proceeds of the sale. [The possessions of the Countess of Northumberland and Rees Prothero are mentioned].
County/place: Carmarthenshire.
Date of commission: 28 June 1615.
