Short title: Phillip v Morgan.

Plaintiff(s): John Phillip Thomas.

Defendant(s): George Morgan, John William Prosser, William Trehern, Mauld Phillip.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of lands in Grosmont and Skenfrith; whether parcel of the late monastery of Dore (Herefordshire). Metes and bounds of the manors of Skenfrith, Grosmont, and Whitecastle.[John Rawlings, Roger Rawlings, and a previous suit, John Phillip Thomas v. George Morgan, and John William Prosser (now defendants), in Easter 10 James I. are mentioned].
