Short title: Hanmer v Hanmer.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Hanmer, kt, Sir Thomas Mostyn.

Defendant(s): Sir William Hanmer, kt, John Lloyd, John Conway, John Hanmer, Roger Williams, Hugh Piers ap Williams, John Evans, John David ap Lewis, John Meredith, John ap Robert ap William.

Subject of depositions: Messuage, lands, in St Asaph, Rhatland, Combe, Disserth, Meliden, Gwayniscor, Rhelofnoyd, Llanassaph, Whitford, Holywell, Demerchion, Bottbarry, Caerwys Shiviocke, Kilken, Halkin, Flint, Nannerch, Northop, and Hope, commonly called "The Old Escheat Lands ", "The New Escheat Lands ", "Mardyr" and "Tyr Issue" in possession of defendants. Grant of same by late Queen Elizabeth to plaintiffs to use of defendants. Also touching lands called "Saxons' Lands." Metes and bounds. Payment of reserved rent.
