Description

Short title: Herbert v Hall.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Herbert.

Defendant(s): William Hall, Hugh Mason.

Subject of depositions: Tithe of fishing in the River Wye, parcel of the lordship of Monmouth, and lately belonging to the dissolved priory of Monmouth; whether granted by the Crown, 6 July 35 Eliz, to Thomas Odingrells, and assigned byhim to plaintiff? [William Pawnsfoote, William Roberts, Phillip Tanner, Richard Tanner, farmers of such fishing, and the reservation of the tithe in grant of the parsonage of Monmouth made by Queen Elizabeth, are mentioned].
