Plaintiff(s): Richard Milborne, DD, Dean of Cathedral Church of Christ and St Mary, Rochester, and the Chapter.
Defendant(s): William Heyman.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Clavertygh, in the parish of Elham, and land called Monkenland, and the parsonage of Elham; whether late of the abbey of St Radigund? Touching other lands there of the abbey. Whether rent of the manor was paid to the convent of St Andrew, Rochester? Tithes. [Ralph Heyman (defendant's father) and John Ginder, now farmer of the manor, are mentioned].
