Description

Short title: Loftus v Horner.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Loftus.

Defendant(s): John Horner, Thomas Hardcastle, Gawine Spence.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage of Coverham, and a parcel of ground called the King's Myers, and wood ground called Hebbersleights, in Coverham; whether parcel of the late dissolved monastery of Coverham. Tithes. [Robert Loftus (plaintiff's father) is mentioned as tenant of the grounds to Queen Elizabeth].

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1613.
