Description

Short title: Rotheram v Fawcett.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Rotheram, Justinean Povey.

Defendant(s): George Fawcett.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of ground called Palath Crofts, in Newbigaine, near the city of York. Arrears of reserved rent. [The names of John Atkinson, of Darlington (Durham), Elizabeth his wife, Edward Fawcett, late of York, alderman, Captain Thomas Brickwell, lessee of same to Queen Elizabeth, under lease of 10 April 9 Eliz and lease of same by Crown to Thomas Holford, 31 Eliz at the suit of Sir Roger Ashton, kt, are mentioned].

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1613.
