Description

Short title: Hitchmough v Ferrers.

Plaintiff(s): William Hitchmough otherwise Hitchmore.

Defendant(s): Edward Ferrers, Francis Phillipps, Eleazer Barnes, Samuel Barnes, Richard Newman.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to water mills called Crash Mills, in East Smithfield, near the Tower of London, said to have been leased to plaintiffby Queen Elizabeth, about 44 Elizabeth [The names of Edmund Sawyer, John Burchall, and Richard Wilkinson, are mentioned].

County/place: Middlesex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1613.
