Plaintiff(s): Henry Dacres.
Defendant(s): Lord William Howard.
Subject of depositions: Mills, namely the Abbey Mill, on the River Irthing, and Walton Mill, on the River King, and lands called Musselhugh, late of the priory of Lanercrost; touching the watercourse to such mills. [A former variance between William Lord Dacre, of Gilsland, and Sir Thomas Dacre, plaintiff's grandfather, on same question, is mentioned].
County/place: Cumberland.
