Short title: Mills v Davye.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Mills.

Defendant(s): Samuel Davye, Sarah Davye, widow, Nicholas Cubb.

Subject of depositions: Redemption of mortgages of a house in Needham, and of copyhold lands in the manor of Bafford, made by plaintiff to Osmond Davye, and an extent upon plaintiff's goods.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 30 June 1612.
