Short title: Bishop of Carlisle v Denton.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Bishop of Carlisle.

Defendant(s): John Denton.

Subject of depositions: Barony and manor of Dalston. Metes and bounds. Whether the lands of defendant in Cardewe, Condonnock, and Cardewlees are within the manor. Custom of "suit and service" to Dalston Mills.

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 1 July 1612.
