Short title: Vaughan v Scaundrett.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Vaughan.

Defendant(s): John Scaundrett, Walter Vaughan.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to closes called Prentize Close and Suncksetters Close, in the parish of Kinton; whether given for popish uses in Kinton church? Value of same. [The names of Griffith Baker, Watkyn Vaughan (father of defendant), Stephen Scaunndrett (defendant's father), Oliver Howle, and Roger Rice, are mentioned as former owners of the closes].
