Description

Short title: Beadnell v Lysley.

Plaintiff(s): George Beadnell.

Defendant(s): Robert Lysley otherwise Lyle.

Subject of depositions: Nearest way and common way for leading the tithes of Hazant, between Hazant Fields and Barnehill. Obstructions made to taking the tithes.
