Description

Short title: Menfield v Francklyn.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Menfield.

Defendant(s): Henry Francklyn.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Faversham (Kent). Touching the composition for the service in such manor, called "Gavell" by the owner of a farm called "Littles" in Sheldwich (Kent). Customs of manor. [Sir Christopher Cleve is mentioned].
