Description

Short title: Wright v Pleasance.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Wright, Agnes Wright, widow.

Defendant(s): Thomas Pleasance, William Pleasance.

Subject of depositions: Town, manor, and warren of Brandon alias Brandon Ferry (Suffolk), and grounds adjoining called "Livermerfield ", "Livermeryards ", "Livermergrange" alias "Wangford Grange" and Southlings, parcel of the late abbey of Langley (Norfolk). Metes and bounds. Right of warren. Common of pasture. Customs of manor. [A former suit, Thomas Pleasance v. Sir William Barwick, 33 Eliz, is mentioned].

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1612.
