Plaintiff(s): David Jones and Avys his wife.

Defendant(s): Hugh Jones, Elizabeth his wife, and Margaret vez Cadwallader her daughter.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in the parish of Llan Armon, in the township of Erryris. Was John ap David ap Ellis, father of plaintiff Avys, possessed thereof. Survey of the lands.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1611.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 April 1612 at Treythyn, Flint.
