Touching ale and beer licences, and permission to brew granted by the mayor contrary to the provisions of the Charter of Incorporation granted to the town by Queen Elizabeth, about July 29 Elizabeth Was the Earl of Hertford seised of two parts of such mills, and Her late Majesty of the third part only?.
