Description

Short title: Faldoe v Horne.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Faldoe, Michael Grigg, William Ordeway, Richard Briggs, William Ashwell, Jos. and John Medgate, Roger and Richard Finch, Edward Mountford, William Tiplady, Robert Straite, William Knightley, Robert Haddon, James Ravis, William Medcalf.

Defendant(s): Reginald Horne.

Subject of depositions: Town of Dunstable (Bedfordshire), and Kenisworth (Hertfordshire), and waste grounds belonging. Common of pasture thereon, and on a parcel of land called "Styper's Hill" in Kenisworth.

County/place: Bedfordshire; Hertfordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1611.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 January 1612 at Dunstable and 15 January 1612 at Luton.
