Description

Short title: Earl of Worcester v Goddard.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Earl of Worcester.

Defendant(s): Richard Goddard.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Crookham, and right and title to waste ground called Crookham Heath; whether the heath is parcel of defendant's manor of Thatcham. Metes and bounds of manors. [A suit between Francis Winchcomb v. Edward Earl of Worcester is mentioned].

County/place: Berkshire; Hampshire.
