Description

Short title: Chamberleyne v Nicholas.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Chamberleyne, kt.

Defendant(s): Reginal Nicholas, Thomas Nicholas, Thomas Courte, Henry Munden, William Barnes, Thomas Hodges, Richard Benfield.

Subject of depositions: Manor and park of Presbury. Touching sale of woods under a commission out of the Exchequer, dated about 3rd of James I and alleged waste and spoil during such sale, etc.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1611.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 January 1612 at Cheltenham.
