Short title: Earl of Worcester v Smith.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Earl of Worcester.

Defendant(s): Edward Smith, John Smith, William James, Richard Ussard, John Robins, John Dyer.

Subject of depositions: Lordship, seignorie, castle, and manor of Chepstow. Metes and bounds. Touching rights of such lordship to wrecks of the sea.
