Defendant(s): Walter Chamberleyne and Mary his wife, RaffCavendish, Richard Scott.
Subject of depositions: George York, of Ashby (Lincolnshire), shireman, father of defendant Mary (deceased), and John Allen, of Glemisford (Suffolk), clothier (deceased), and Thomas Appleton, late husband of plaintiff. Touching demise of the manor of Ashby (Lincolnshire) by York to Allen, and sale of lands in Glemesford and elsewhere in Suffolk by Allen to Thomas Appleton. Touching an extent upon the lands of Allen.

Date of commission: 10 June 1611.
