Short title: Somerset v Strickland.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Somerset, comptroller of the port of Cardiff.

Defendant(s): William Jones, John Roberoe.

Subject of depositions: Prisage on wine called "shirres sackes" imported by defendant Rowberowe and his partner Thomas Whithead, a merchant of Bristol, and others "from Cales, in the southe parteof Spayne. ".

County/place: Glamorgan.
