Plaintiff(s): Thomas Clere, and Ann his wife, Edward Clere.
Defendant(s): Jonn Peirse, clerk.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parsonage of Downham; was the same, as well as the tithes belonging, reputed a parsonage impropriate to the late priory of Ixworth. Have plaintiff and Mrs Martha Heigham and others held same as such?.
County/place: Suffolk.
