Plaintiff(s): Christopher Wood.

Defendant(s): Richard Smythe.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of a close called Slingemeare, lying in the town of Thrandiston, lately purchased by defendant of Thomas Keene. Whether Nicholas Tanner, parson of Mellys, takes the tithes from James Lynge, parson of Thrandeston, in exchange for others in Mellys?.
