Description

Short title: Raine; v Raine;.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Raine; Robert Rayne.

Defendant(s): Michael Raine; Nicholas Rayne.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a half tenement called Shepley House otherwise Marwood Hagg, lately in the occupation of Cuthbert Rayne, deceased; whether it belongs to the office of keeper thereof. Touching over-stinting of the herbage of Hagg to the injury of the deer. To what manor does Hagg belong. Waste and spoil of timber. Customs of Marwood Manor.
