Plaintiff(s): Cuthbert Anderson and Janet his wife.

Defendant(s): Robert Waggett, Miles Hodgson, Cecil Hutchinson.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a customary tenement in Halgate, in the manor of Middleham and Richmond, formerly in the occupation of Nynion Binckes. Customs of manor. [The names of Edward Binckes, brother of Nynion, and Margaret his second daughter, are mentioned].
