Short title: Errington v Earl of Northumberland.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Errington, Roger Errington.

Defendant(s): Henry Earl of Northumberland.

Subject of depositions: Common or waste of Sugley; whether it belongs to the manor of Newborne. What coals have been dug out of the common. Whether the tenants of Newborne claim right of common therein.
