Short title: Hanmer v Mostyn.

Plaintiff(s): John Hanmer, Jane his wife, and Thomas Brooke.

Defendant(s): Sir Roger Mostyn, kt, William Dymock, Morgan Broughton, Edward Broughton.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Bromfield and Yale, in the diocese of St Asaph. Touching composition between late Queen Elizabeth and the customary tenants of the royal manor. Customs of lordship and diocese. [The possessions of John Mostyn, late of Seswick (Denbighshire), and Elizabeth his wife, are mentioned].

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 26 November 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 January 1611 at Wrexham, certificate dated 23 November 16(?).
