Plaintiff(s): William Foxall, of the town of Southampton, merchant.
Defendant(s): Edward Smith, Robert Bedoe, of London, yeoman.
Subject of depositions: Informations exhibited in the Exchequer by defendants against the plaintiff for transporting barley without licence contrary to the Statute. Touching composition for such informations with defendants, and the value, of barley transported by plaintiff from Portsmouth and Southampton to the town of Tergoe, in Holland.
County/place: Hampshire; Holland.
