Subject of depositions: Claim made by defendants of 2d and one pound of pepper yearly out of a messuage or tenement and two yard land in the town and fields of Weston, Ixwell, and Kingham (Oxfordshire) ; whether such lands are parcel of the late college or guild of Brayles (Warwickshire) by the gift of the warden, etc; whether plaintiffs have paid a fee-farm rent of 30s to the present King and to the late Queen Elizabeth ever since her grant of same in fee-farm to Roger Manners.
