Subject of depositions: Lease made by the late Bishop of Norwich of all ecclesiastical pensions in Norfolk belonging to the bishopric to Elizabeth Mingey, widow, Awstyn Mather, and Anne (one of the plaintiffs), then wife of Awstyn, at a yearly rent of £45 9s 10½d and more particularly touching an ecclesiastical pension of 40s belonging to the bishop going out of the rectory of Field Dawling (Norfolk), and a bond said to have been taken by Elizabeth. of Sir William Haydon, kt, farmer of the rectory, for the arrears of the pension; whether the bond was satisfied.
