Description

Short title: Dyer v Tipper.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Dyer.

Defendant(s): William Tipper.

Subject of depositions: Undertaking alleged to have been made by defendant to pay into the receipt of the Exchequer the sum of £2,200 owing by Sir Edward Dyer, kt, deceased, to the Crown. Who had the managing and receiving of all the sums of money raised and allotted unto Sir Edward Dyer and William Tipper by any commission for amendment of defective titles since the first year of the reign of James I.? [Robert Chamberlain, late of London, esq, deceased, and William Munsey, of London, merchant, and Susan his wife, are mentioned].
