Description

Short title: Harle v Draper.

Plaintiff(s): Janes Harle.

Defendant(s): Timothy Draper, George Spore.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage or tenement in Newcastle-on-Tyne, situate in a place there called the Dean Brigge, late in the possession of Isabel Harle (plaintiff's late wife), who was formerly wife of Bartram Griffin and then of Robert Sowell. [A grant, dated 17 September 4 James I, under Exchequer Seal, of the messuage to defendant Timothy is mentioned].

County/place: Northumberland.

Date of commission: 27 June 1610.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 September 1610 at Newcastle-in-Tyne.
