Plaintiff(s): Sir Charles Manners, of London, kt, and Roger Manners, one of his sons.
Defendant(s): John Ion.
Subject of depositions: Crown lease for 40 years from the late Queen Elizabeth of the manor of Wiscote, in Barrow, and the rectory or parsonage of Barrow (Lincolnshire) (amongst other things) to Roger Manners, esq, son of Sir John Manners. Touching plaintiffs' claim to receive all rents and to dispose of such leases as Roger Manners of Uffington, the son of Sir John Manners, kt, did give and bequeath to Thomas and Roger Manners (sons of Sir Charles) until their full age.
